Percy's 8th Birthday!

Potato Festival 2013

As usual, a great time was had by all at the Potato Festival.  We had a wonderful visit with Grandma Eunice and this time, no 6 hour drive before and after!  Percival's bat habitat, and Hadrian's potato head were both on display and it was a treat to find them as we toured the exhibits.

And this is the monster truck rally the boys went to - it was crazy, and they loved it.

Hadrian's Bike

 

We were all so impressed when Hadrian finally took off his training wheels!  He was riding like a pro - at least for a day or two.  Somehow he managed to get his leg caught between the tire and the bike frame and had to be cut out by the ambulance folks!  He's fine and after a few weeks back to riding.  The bike, however, is beyond repair :)
