Year of the Horse

We celebrated Chinese New Year in the RAIN in Jacksonville (we've really missed the rain).

Basketball!

 Percival had a great time playing his first organized sport!  He did a great job, and really improved over the six week season - though the favorite aspect for all three boys was actually the playground at Roosevelt School (where the games were held).

Core Frost

For a few weeks, we had dense fog and absolutely beautiful frost!  I tried to get a close up to show how thick it was.  Really impressive!

Patrick and Percival had a great time snow shoeing at Crater Lake!  Not a lot of snow, but still a lot of fun!

January 2014

This is the "School House" Patrick and Dad built to collect cans for the kids' school.  It turned out really cute!

 

 

The boys both had great fun at the boy scout's mini-rope course.

This is actually the only picture I got of Dad's retirement party.  It's hard to believe he really did it, but he did (and seems to be enjoying it).  Eva and Bill did a great job of surprising him with a celebration.

Trajan got all dressed up to attend one of his playmate's birthday parties.
