Christmas Eve Program

Our Christmas Program this Christmas Eve included a solo by both Hadrian and Percival, as well as a Nutcracker reenactment by all three boys.

This is Trajan, our Rat King, right after being clobbered on the head by my highest healed shoe.

Christmas 2013

As always we had a GREAT visit with G-ma Eunice.

Traveling!

We had a fabulous vacation before Christmas.  We got to explore the mines at Tonapah and the boys got a day at the Valley of Fire State Park.  The highlight of course was our visits with James, Tisha, and the Cuarenta Family.  Apparently we were too busy enjoying ourselves to take any pictures, but it was a real treat to get to reconnect!

Random old photos for fun (summer mostly)

This one is all Percy!  It was the first mini-movie he made - lots of fun.

This was Flex Day at KCC - Hopefully you can hear the lyrics, its the entire cabinet up there.

Christmas Program - note Patrick's ties on the boys ;-)

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

We got to meet Santa at the library!

Our first time watching the Nutcracker was fabulous - despite Trajan yelling "I'm hungry" at the top of his lungs during the second act :)  All the boys now regularly practice their version of ballet, and Trajan grabs his sword to fight the Rat King at least three times each day.

We got our first winter storm - well before winter.  This was my car at work two hours after it started snowing.
This is what the SUV said on the way to work the next few days.  I think that's actually as low as it goes, as the thermometer at our house read negative 20.  We even had a frozen pipe to repair (which found me very willing to fall back on gender roles and let the guys crawl around under the house in the cold).

Setting up the Morabito Christmas Train is how we know the season is really here!
